TruLine HVAC was started after years of seeing the same problems repeat themselves in the HVAC industry — rushed service calls, inexperienced technicians, and repairs that didn’t actually solve the problem.
After working as a high-level technician for larger companies, Adam Davis decided to build something different. A company focused on service work, real troubleshooting, and doing the job right the first time.
Rather than pushing unnecessary parts or replacements, TruLine HVAC focuses on accurate diagnostics, clear explanations, and practical solutions that customers can trust.
TruLine HVAC is the new name for Davis Electric, Heating & Cooling. While the name has changed, ownership, service quality, and commitment to honest repairs remain the same.

Adam brings: 15 years of HVAC industry experience, 28 years of electrical experience, extensive background troubleshooting complex systems and hands-on service experience in both residential and commercial settings.
Many customers call TruLine after another contractor couldn’t find the issue — or recommended expensive repairs that didn’t make sense. That’s where deep troubleshooting experience matters.
TruLine HVAC was built for customers who value: honest answers, skilled diagnostics, repairs that actually fix the issue and a technician who explains what’s going on.

TruLine HVAC focuses primarily on repair and service work, including: heating and furnace repair, air conditioning repair, electrical troubleshooting related to HVAC systems and select commercial mechanical and refrigeration repair.
To stay focused on quality and reliability, TruLine HVAC does not offer: duct cleaning or duct installation, grease hood or restaurant cooking equipment repair or large-volume new construction HVAC work. This focus allows for better service, faster diagnostics, and consistent results.
The goal is for every customer to feel confident they received the right recommendation — even if that means a smaller repair instead of a bigger invoice. TruLine HVAC is built on a few core values that guide every service call:
No unnecessary repairs or pressure.
Do it right, not fast and sloppy.
Long-term trust matters more than short-term sales.
And surrounding communities.
Most work is referral-based and repeat customers — a reflection of consistent service and trust built over time.
Straightforward service. Honest repairs. TruLine HVAC.
